You all know that businesses has been completely wiped out and suffered massively because of the catastrophe and should get volunteers to help clean out and comeback from it.

 

HOW DO YOU MANAGE YOUR BUSINESS IN THIS ENVIRONMENT?

If you have your business designed to serve and build a community and create loyal customers, you should try and try and recover after a disaster so customers would go back. Talk to them, engage with them on social media’s, through email marketing and when they are in actual stores. Running your business daily, build loyal customers and how you build relationships with them is really important because it helps you recover in situations like this and in daily life. It's actually about communicating and let them know you're still there.

 

HOW DO YOU ACTUALLY RECOVER?

Catastrophes can't be avoided. We know you lost stocks because of the situation but don't close your business. You can always think of ways to help your business recover despite of all the loss you have in your stocks.  

Making sure you are always honest, being transparent and patience in promoting your business, it will surely help you to recover your business in the midst of catastrophe. It is really a good point to say what you're doing while recovering because it inspire others to do it as well.

 

IT'S NOT ABOUT SAYING YOU'RE GOING TO BOUNCE BACK, GOING TO BE BEHIND WHERE YOU ARE TODAY, YESTERDAY, OR BEFORE THE CATASTROPHE. INSTEAD, IT WANTS YOU TO MOVE FORWARD FROM IT. WHATEVER IT IS, YOU'RE GONNA BOUNCE FORWARD FROM IT.
