We start at 5:30 pm and move straight into introductions and then hand it over to Jenni who's coming down from Brisbane to share her story of being the founder of Elephant in the Room, and her expertise in leadership & capability development, business strategy, coaching and facilitation, she has a passion for improving business processes and supporting people through programs enabling them to serve their clients better.
