Cash Flow

Cash Flow

Hello Media Bite size conversations Cash Flow Kylie Mowbray Allen

Cash flow is pretty much the biggest issue for most small and medium businesses. It is one of those things that can be the devil or a savior. It is simply about managing cycles. It determines your ability to keep the business afloat to keep those lights on. Managing cash flow is really challenging, especially to those first couple of years of business and it is one of the biggest reason that some business owners decide to close their business.

Think that having a limited cash early on would make you far more aware of what you was spending money in the business. It is a struggle and a little bit stress but it will work out.

IS IT REALLY NECESSARY TO BUY EXPENSIVE SOFTWARE TO DO CERTAIN THINGS IN YOUR BUSINESS?

  • Of course, not. You can always find a free version of that software or you look for alternatives. You can come up with ideas and things and it actually creates innovation to find ways in a far more effective, productive, and a lower cost way.

HOW DO YOU MANAGE YOUR CASH FLOW?

  • Make sure you’ve got at least 2 weeks worth of wages sitting aside.

Putting something out there putting it out as add or something to bring in extra new things, new sales, etc. is a great way to bring in some extra cash. It allows you to refresh and start to bring in new things and innovate about what you want to offer.

IT DOES TAKE A REALLY GOOD PLANNING AND HABITS TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU CAN SUSTAIN YOUR LIFE IN BUSINESS. THE LONGER YOU’RE IN BUSINESS, THE EASIER IT IS TO MANAGE OF WHAT’S GOING TO HAPPEN WITH THE FLOW OF YOUR BUSINESS.
